In Look, a 'Lesson' is a part of each Unit.  A Lesson is not necessarily one class period; one Lesson could be taught over more than one class period, or one class period may cover more than one Lesson, depending on the user's pacing. 

 

Each level has a slightly different group of Lessons in each Unit, as shown below.  In addition, there is a Values attached to either the Reading or the Song/Chant Lesson.
