Visual data – charts, maps and infographics – is more common than ever. We see it every day in print, online media and the apps we use. Why is it so common and are there any downsides to living in a world of visual data? We are inviting English Language Teachers to join us for a model reading lesson from our Academic Skills title, Pathways. We will explore the use of infographics and learn how to interpret visual data without being misled.
