Conflict is an inevitable part of any workplace, especially when working with people from diverse backgrounds. Learning to deal with conflict is an important future-ready skill which can improve our working relationships and our level of career success. English learners will greatly benefit from these skills when they enter the workforce. In this model lesson webinar for English teachers of adult learners, we will learn about 5 different methods for managing conflict, then reflect on whether our own communication style is effective in this area.
